Chad is a leader in our operations and technology as well as in our energy practices.  He has years of consulting experience across numerous industries and entrepreneurial situations.  His focus areas include in business strategy, operations, organization and IT systems planning and management.

His forte is leading complex projects focused on performance improvement and cost reduction.  Chad is a business systems expert with a deep understanding of how IT enables innovation and performance improvement of businesses, operations, and people.   Practice discipline expertise includes knowledge-enabled process design, operations analysis, technology requirements studies, large-scale program management, IT strategy formulation, and supply chain optimization.

Chad's past roles in industry included Vice President of integration at Homestore, Vice President of Operations and Technology at Internet Pictures Corporation, Manager at A. T. Kearney and Project Leader at Morgan Stanley.
