Prior roles include a Director at Merrill Lynch, an executive for the Vanguard Group, and a McKinsey consultant.  Bob is a financial services practice leader with expertise in marketing, strategy, service strategy, and online services.

Bob joined Bridge in 2008 and has extensive management consulting and operational experience in the consumer and wholesale financial services sectors. He has particular expertise and interest in consumer-oriented marketing, strategy, service strategy, and online services. Bob has experience in product management, product/SBU strategy, operational effectiveness, and sales force strategy.  

Bob was a Director within Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management Group with responsibility for product strategy for direct retail and cross-over marketing into the retirement business. Earlier in his career, Bob led the financial services practice at a boutique consultancy, and was an executive in The Vanguard Group’s Online Services Division. Bob started his professional career with McKinsey’s Chicago office. .
