Manager

A Managing Consultant‘s primary role is ensuring high quality delivery and providing content leadership on client projects. As a critical member of the core delivery team, a Managing Consultant leads the work by pushing the Bridge and client team’s thinking forward and maintaining focus on the critical issues and highest priorities in the client’s business environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3—5 Years experience with a management consulting firm in the areas of strategy, development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement, including experience in a manager role
  • Interest in structuring ill defined problems and developing strategic solutions driven through implementation
  • Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and spirit
  • Have strong  interpersonal and networking skills
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to Chicago
  • MBA from a top-tier business school

Job Description:

  • Manage project teams of clients and consultants

  • Independently structure, write, and present well—organized and persuasive end products
  • Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience
  • Develop new intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analyses
  • Promote firm development by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships 
  • Be a strong team player and developer of consulting staff

Consultant

A Consultant’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through solid analytics and problem solving.  As a core member of the client project delivery team, a Consultant indentifies key business issues in his/her area of responsibility and understands the implications of these issues on the project as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.  This could be a with a top-tier management consulting firm, an internal consulting group in an industry, an investment bank or in an analytic-based functional role (e.g., financial analyst)
  • Basic problem solving skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in quantitative analytical techniques and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago
  • Interest  in developing strategic solutions and driving them through implementation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • MBA from a top-tier business school

Job Description:

Associate Consultant

An Associate Consultant’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through critical research, solid analytics and problem solving. As a core member of the delivery team, an AC contributes to identifying business issues and draws preliminary implications in his/her area of study.

Requirements:

  • Have an undergraduate degree in business or engineering
  • Have 2-3 years work experience in management consulting, internal corporate consulting, investment banking or private equity
  • Be well versed in quantitative analytical techniques
  • Be familiar with basic business concepts
  • Possess entrepreneurial drive and spirit
  • Live or be willing to relocate to Chicago

Job Description:

  • Independently executing basic industry or company research
  • Undertaking industry or company level financial analysis
  • Building quantitative models and interpreting results
  • Conducting fact-finding phone or in-person interviews and summarizing key findings
  • Creating succinct and easy to understand written end products
  • Working collaboratively with other consultants and client personnel
