DIRECTOR

A Director’s primary role is to ascertain client goals and translate strategy implications and recommendations into actionable, tangible results.  As an engagement leader, a Director must direct the Bridge team in consistently delivering high-impact client service and providing value beyond the scope of the project. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA degree from a top-tier institution
  • 8+ years of professional work experience; at least 4 years of prior strategy consulting experience required
  • Deep experience within energy, technology, or industrial industries preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Strong track record of leading successful engagements and enhancing client relationships

Job Description:

  • Manage engagement teams and own key issues for each project
    • Lead problem-solving efforts across multiple work streams
    • Drive analyses and insights to a focused strategy and clear, actionable steps
  • Disaggregate complex client situations into key issues and questions
  • Structure project work plan and analytical approach
  • Develop and refine hypotheses for ambiguous client situations
  • Create new and insightful frameworks and analyses
  • Ascertain client goals and translate strategy implications and recommendations into actionable, tangible results
  • Consistently deliver high-impact client service and provide value beyond the scope of the project
  • Complete final reports and present recommendations to the client
    • Clearly communicate strategy through well-structured, compelling written documents

  • Structure initiatives and processes for consultant-led execution and implementation of strategy design
  • Manage project teams and motivate consulting staff to excel
    • Ensure delivery of team's work without unnecessary crunches

MANAGING CONSULTANT

A Managing Consultant‘s primary role is ensuring high quality delivery and providing content leadership on client projects. As a critical member of the core delivery team, a Managing Consultant leads the work by pushing the Bridge and client team’s thinking forward and maintaining focus on the critical issues and highest priorities in the client’s business environment.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • 3—5 Years experience with a management consulting firm in the areas of strategy, development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement, including experience in a manager role
  • Interest in structuring ill-defined problems and developing strategic solutions driven through implementation
  • Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and spirit
  • Have strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to Chicago

Job Description:

ASSOCIATE

An Associate’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through solid analytics and problem solving.  As a core member of the client project delivery team, an Associate identifies key business issues in his/her area of responsibility and understands the implications of these issues on the project as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Possess and MBA from a top-tier business school (preferred) or an equivalent degree from a top-tier graduate program
  • Have 3+ years of relevant work experience: prior consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm or internal consulting , strategic or corporate planning, or brand management roles with notable firm
  • Relevant experience in target industry sectors a plus: Energy, Industrial, High-Tech, and Healthcare
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience/proficiency with analytical tools
  • Strong communications skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Interest in developing strategic solutions and driving them through implementation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago immediately
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization

Job Description:

Consultant

A Consultant’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through critical research, solid analytics and problem solving. As a core member of the delivery team, a Consultant contributes to identifying business issues and draws preliminary implications in his/her area of study.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, engineering, or physical sciences
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience within a consulting firm, internal corporate consulting role, strategic or corporate planning, or analytic-based functional role
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience/proficiency using analytical tools
  • Entrepreneurial/leadership experience (decision-making, comfort and experience dealing with ambiguity)
  • Strong business acumen, presence, and communication skills
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to Chicago immediately
  • Have permanent US work authorization

  • Undertaking industry or company-level financial analysis
  • Build quantitative models and interpret results
